Every year, FUSO showcases a production that indulges in celebrating the successes of our culture while bringing awareness to the daily and prolonging social injustices that we as a community face. In addition to the production, we have a pre-show with a special guest performance, free food, musical performances in the show, and the presence of a strong community.
Here is a short synopsis of our student written production,
“If You Love Me”
As their Senior year at the University of Murray begins, Jansen Del Rosario, Daniella DiMaria, Robert “Junior” Francisco, and Marissa Ramos look toward a year filled with adventure and wonderful memories together.  With Jansen’s utmost love for Daniella, Junior’s energetic and outgoing spirit, and Marissa’s passion for leadership, these four best friends look to find meaningful ways to leave an impact amongst their friendship and their school’s Filipino Student Association.  Although optimistic for a productive and memorable Senior year, things take a turn for the worse.  With the possibility of Marissa having to leave the University of Murray, and Junior’s struggle to work through a relationship with a broken past, can Jansen find a way to help his friends?  Will he even find a way to through his own struggle?
